Most Lost Creek Creates products are handmade, custom, or made-to-order.

Production is considered started at the time of purchase. Materials, labor allocation, design preparation, and production scheduling begin immediately after an order is placed.

Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed if they are custom or made-to-order.

Lead times may vary due to, but not limited to:

• Material availability
• Custom design complexity
• Equipment maintenance or failure

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:
